02 — Do I need labs?

Yes, if you are entering any structured program.

We require a recent metabolic panel within the last 6 months. If you do not have current labs, testing will be guided during your intake.

Labs are what allow precision-based programming instead of guesswork.

03 — What happens after Labs or Reset 6?

This is where progression begins.

After your initial entry point, most clients move into structured continuation pathways (3, 6, or 12 months), where protocols are refined over time based on lab data, response, and goals.

This is where optimization becomes ongoing rather than reactive.

04 — What is membership?

Membership is ongoing access, not an entry point.

It is designed for individuals who want continued structure, accountability, and advanced support between or beyond programs, including future concierge-level care inside the Haus of Well ecosystem.

05 — Do you work with doctors?

Yes.

We integrate with licensed practitioners when appropriate, including HRT providers, peptide protocols, and primary care providers.

Your data is coordinated into a unified health picture when applicable.

06 — What do I receive after Labs?

You receive a practitioner-reviewed consultation and a personalized protocol based on your lab results, symptoms, and goals.

This becomes your structured starting point for either Reset 6 or continued care.
